Training school - Moratuwa

The Apostolic Church Pastoral Council which met at Pallawela Udubaddwa Appointed the first Bible School committee this council meeting was chaired by the overseas Board Representative Pastor Eric Horley, who was the principal of the Apostolic Church Training School in South Wales U.K. meeting were held in 5th and 6th of September 1994.

  • Bible School study manorial were translated and Circulated.

  • Residential Training concerned in year 2002 formally.

  • During five years 08 groups of students consisting of 50 students have been trained.

  • Some are in full time ministry others are in part time Ministry.

  • Courses offered – 6 months Discipleship training Course.

  • One year Ministry development course.

  Moratuwa Bible School would commence its studies in February 2008.
   
Advanced Studies
 

We are referring our students to other advanced institution for further training such as;

  • Lanka Bible College and seminary
  • Colombo Theological seminary
  • Center for graduate studies
    2008, 5 students will join the Lanka Bible college for the Academic year 2008. 4 out of 5 are young ladies. They are stepping by faith as studies incur finance as well.
